This romantic floral headband is a set of three separate pieces you can compose in many ways.
Double strands minimalist headband tied with satin ribbon on the back. The flowers are delicately adorned od Preciosa® glass pearls and showered with tinny rhinestones to make it glow in a delicate form. Can be used in several ways, with or without the headband. It can be combining perfectly with different hairstyles.

- Made with satin ribbon, satin fabric, tulle, rhinestones, and Preciosa® glass pearls
- Approximated size: headband 40cm plus 30cm of ribbon each side to ties it. Flowers around 8cm and 10cm. If you prefer we can make both at the same size.
- Available colors: White ou ivory. Finishing details with crystal clear rhinestones and pearls in natural tones.
- The flowers came with metal clip alligator for a secure fastening
- Each piece could be slightly different due to the organic nature of its design

How does a MADE TO ORDER work?

A made to order piece is produced according to the presented design as shown in photos and description, and that usually offer some standard modifications, as the base color, finishing, fastening. For additional customizations, we need to open a custom order.

At the moment, the estimative of production time is at 1-2 weeks for most orders. Sometimes, it may take a few less or more days than the expected turnaround time. The time is related to the production and processing, and it does not include shipping times nor possible duties/customs delays in the destination country.

Do you accept CUSTOM ORDERS?

We gladly accept custom requests. The production time estimates for custom orders may take from 2-5 weeks, depending on the requested design and the fulfillment order at the moment.

The time is related to production and processing, and it does not include shipping times nor possible duty/customs delays in your destination. They are unique pieces in exclusive designs and made under the bride's preferences.

Do you accept RUSH ORDERS?

Yes, if it is possible at the moment.
If you need a rush order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities and time.

Certify you have habile time to waiting for the delivery, and I will do my best to reduce the production/processing times.

Also, you can consider choosing a ready to ship accessory, and you will save the production time.

Do you accept RETURN or EXCHANGE?

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges of READY TO SHIP and MADE TO ORDER items without custom changes. Please, be attentive by the following specifications:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 21 days of delivery
- The buyer is responsible for paying return/exchange shipping
- For refunds, the shipping incurred will not be refunded
- Exchanges also can include adjustments on the pieces

We will complete the exchange or refund after receiving the item and checking it out its general condition. Items with usage or manipulation characteristics, or with no original packages and labels, will be sent back to the customer.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges of CUSTOM MADE, INTIMATE items, and items ON SALE.

Do you accept order CANCELLATIONS?

We accept cancelations made until 48 hours after order confirmation, provided that the order not been shipped out.

If you have made an order and you just have changed your mind, or you are in doubt about anything, please contact me before canceling your order, and I can either work with you to alter the item or recreate a piece within reason.

READY TO SHIP products are actually ready?

Sure! They are accessories newly produced, in stock, and they are ready-to-ship out within 1-3 business days of purchase confirmation. Processing times do not include holidays, shipping times or possible duty/customs delays.

We create the ready-to-ship pieces according to our suggesting design patterns and finishing, justly to save your time with production! Therefore it is not possible to do any alteration or customization of these items.

How does DOMESTIC SHIPPING work?

We send the parcels by PostNord Denmark for domestic orders.

Inside Denmark:
The standard shipping method has NO tracking, NO insurance, and NO delivery confirmation. Delivered within 5 days.
Shipping UPGRADES for add tracking and insurance are available in the cart. You can simulate a purchase to verify the available options.

We will not be responsible for any delays in the shipping times, for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

How does INTERNACIONAL SHIPPING work?

We send the parcels by PostNord Denmark.

Inside EU:
Priority-A Mail, with NO tracking, NO insurance, and NO delivery confirmation. Delivered within 3-7 days.
Shipping UPGRADES for add tracking and insurance are available in the cart.

Outside EU:
Priority-A Registered Mail with tracking and insurance (up to 250DKK). Delivered within 10-25 days + duty/customs time in your country.
You can simulate a purchase to verify the options available for your destination.

We will not be responsible for any delays in the shipping times, for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
International buyers are responsible for any duty/customs charges that may apply.
We do not send the parcels as a gift or with declared values lower than the real ones.

When will I RECEIVE my order?

Please, be realistic about the timeline to receive your order. Consider time for processing, production, shipping, customs time and delays up to the delivering.

For international customers, we recommend you to purchase at least 3 months in advance of the event date you need the accessory. If in your destination, customs or local mail service usually delays the deliveries, consider adding more time for a safe deadline purchase.
